Let us help you divide all of your assets, the right way!

In Israel, any assets a couple has acquired during their marriage (if they married after the year 1973) will be divided according to Property Relations between Spouses Law (חוק יחסי ממון בין בני זוג) 1973.
Even with this law in place, if a couple has signed a prenuptial agreement, agreeing to divide their assets differently than what is stated by the law, they will not be governed by the Property Relations Law.

However, if a couple does not have a prenup, the spouses will have to divide their assets and property according to what is stated in the law.

For more information on assets divisions, feel free to contact us.
